The short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or ads, and loads everything from khaldera.xyz itself. Outside players only load when you press play.
Who runs this site
khaldera.xyz is run by Ignacio Caldera, who performs as KHALDERA, Prague, Czech Republic. This person is the controller of the personal data described below. Contact for anything about your data: booking@khaldera.xyz.
When you visit the site
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time. This is done on the basis of a legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process this data outside the EU, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU standard contractual clauses. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
The site itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts, photos, cover art and video thumbnails are all served from khaldera.xyz, so your browser does not contact Google, YouTube or Beatport just by opening a page.
Players and links to other sites
The YouTube, SoundCloud and Spotify players only load when you press play. From that moment the provider receives your IP address and may set cookies, under its own privacy policy: YouTube (Google), SoundCloud, Spotify. YouTube videos play in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Links to Instagram, Beatport, Resident Advisor and other sites take you to those sites, which have their own policies.
When you get in touch
If you email booking@khaldera.xyz, your name, email address, the details of your event and your message are used to answer you and to arrange and carry out a booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps before and performance of a contract). Email is hosted by Google Workspace. Enquiries are kept as long as the conversation and any booking need them, and booking contracts and invoices for as long as Czech tax and accounting law requires.
If the KHALDERA team contacted you about a booking, your business contact details came from public sources such as your venue's or event's website and social profiles. They are kept in a private booking list to follow up, on the basis of a legitimate interest in finding shows (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Reply at any time and you will be removed and not contacted again.
Your data is not sold, and is shared only with the service providers named here, or with a promoter or agent when that is needed for a booking you are part of.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy of your data (portability), and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to booking@khaldera.xyz. You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz.
